Available Positions:

• Assistant Project Manager

  This candidate will assist a Senior Project Manager with various tasks while learning the steps to successfully build luxury custom homes in the $1.5-10M range. The ideal candidate must be organized, have strong communication skills, and have excellent time management. Previous Residential or Commercial construction experience is preferred, but not required if the candidate is a recent college graduate. A Construction, Engineering, or Architecture degree is required. This job is 100% on site and will sometimes involve working on Saturdays to check in on subcontractors if they are actively working on your project.

  Salary will depend on experience. A company truck will be provided.

  Responsibilities

  • Manage all project documentation & effectively communicate project progress to clients

  • Manage/assist with warranty and or maintenance of recently completed homes

  • Assist with project schedule and managing deadlines

  • Assist with estimation and bidding process

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Engineering or Construction Science Degree is Required

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Exceptional communication skills
