We are seeking a Project Management Intern to support our construction team in managing custom home projects from design to completion. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential construction project management, learn about high-end home building, and work alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities
Assist project managers in coordinating and overseeing custom home construction projects.
Track project progress, schedules, and budgets.
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and adherence to plans.
Help manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
Support in procurement and materials management.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency strategies.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Passion for custom home building and residential construction.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Assistant Project Manager
This candidate will assist a Senior Project Manager with various tasks while learning the steps to successfully build luxury custom homes in the $1.5-10M range. The ideal candidate must be organized, have strong communication skills, and have excellent time management. Previous Residential or Commercial construction experience is preferred, but not required if the candidate is a recent college graduate. A Construction, Engineering, or Architecture degree is required. This job is 100% on site and will sometimes involve working on Saturdays to check in on subcontractors if they are actively working on your project.
Salary will depend on experience. A company truck will be provided.
Responsibilities
Manage all project documentation & effectively communicate project progress to clients
Manage/assist with warranty and or maintenance of recently completed homes
Assist with project schedule and managing deadlines
Assist with estimation and bidding process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Engineering or Construction Science Degree is Required
1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
